Entry into the country:

  • 📑 Required documents for entry:
    • Valid passport
  • 🇨🇱 Entry to the country:
    • Upon your entry to Chile, international police at the airport will review your travel documentation. Each passenger must also complete a tourist card. A copy of this card should be kept by the tourist throughout their stay in the country and must be presented to the international police when leaving Chile. It is essential to retain this card until your return journey.
    • Agricultural and Livestock Service: every passenger entering Chile must complete a Sworn Declaration for the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) and indicate whether they are carrying plant and/or animal products. This is done to prevent the entry of pests and diseases that could harm Chile's agriculture. SAG has made available a Digital Sworn Declaration for passengers at sagingresoachile.cl, or you can use a QR code available at the airport. If you have any doubts about a product you are carrying, we advise declaring "Yes" on the questionnaire to avoid inconveniences and fines.

Safety Recommendations:

The website of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France regularly updates safety recommendations for Chile. The organization recommends carefully reviewing them before your trip and following the precautionary advice provided during your stay.
